Sara Hillstrom is the head of Category Development at Anheuser Busch. She is a leading expert in the alcohol and beer industry and provides invaluable insights around how consumers’ needs are shifting and how shoppers are changing. Sara works closely with retailers to highlight how beer and alcohol consumption is evolving and develop strategies to capitalize on future pools of growth.

Sara is an experienced CPG professional who has spent over 13 years in roles across strategy, sales and finance in some of the most recognized food and beverage companies, including, General Mills, Nestle and Hain Celestial. She holds a BSB in finance from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
